Always a pleasure to deal with Warren and Declan and Rafal in support as we have done for 10 years now. Everything worked well and the end product looks great, again. Thanks

Rafal and Warren did an outstanding job with the curtains for my living room and bedroom. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless. Rafal was always easy to reach, quick to answer any questions, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Warren, who installed the curtains, was professional, friendly, and took great care with every detail. The curtains are beautifully made, fit perfectly, and have completely transformed the rooms, adding an elegant touch to my home. I was also impressed with the excellent value for money they offer, delivering high-quality craftsmanship at very competitive prices. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for bespoke curtains and a first-class service!

Adrian Raudaschl

Absolutely fantastic service and installation. Team was very supportive with identifying the right materials and hardware for our room and the installation was great. Warren even made cosmetic repairs after removing our old curtains and touched it up with some paint. A strong recommendation!

Ishani Bhanotha

Excellent service from start to finish. Warren came and set up our curtain tracks perfectly — he was highly efficient and clearly very experienced. He also gave really helpful advice and kindly helped with measurements afterwards, which we really appreciated. Friendly, professional, and everything was completely seamless with the company. Highly recommend!

Great service from OTRT in installing a blind for our roof lantern, from first contact through to survey, design advice and installation. This is the second time they have done work for us and I am happy to recommend them

Alice Westwell

We have had a brilliant experience with OTRT from start to finish. Rafal has been extremely quick and helpful on communications and getting samples to us. Warren was great at initial consultation in helping guide and talk through the options and with the install together with Declan which they took a lot of care over. We are so happy with the end product - they have transformed our room even better than we expected.

Sanjana Ganguly
