Motorised Track and Velvet Curtains, Oxshott, Surrey.
We provided a motorised track with remote control and remote switch for our customer’s patio doors. Our customer was elderly with first contact by his daughter in Oxford who sort easier operation of curtains for her father. New made to measure curtains were required and after dual sampling with father and daughter our customer was able to discuss remotely the fabric choices he was considering.
The customer had a simple plastic track before and we discussed that motorised electric track would solve the operational requirement. To further enhance the scheme we recommended an upholstered pelmet in matching fabric to the curtains. The fabric used was a plush velvet called Mira by Villa Nova with a very tactile and refined feel.
